5 tricks to help you drink more water daily!

I feel like one of the most common #wellnessgoals everyone has is to drink more water. We hear endlessly about the benefits of drinking enough water – everything from weight loss, to increased energy, to preventing headaches and other body pain. We KNOW that drinking water is good for us, so why can’t we get ourselves to drink as much as we should?!

Probably because water can be pretty boring and it’s easy to forget to drink it when we’re busy (or if we just LOVE coffee so we can’t fathom drinking anything but that).
